Who we are
The plasmaedtech.com website and the Plasma EdTech project are owned by PIXEL LORIS IT SERVICES L.L.C., registration number 1972922, Office G06-16, The Exchange Tower G06, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. The company decides why and how personal data received through the website is processed and is responsible for that processing.
We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and other applicable laws. Please send any questions about your data to [email protected].
What data we receive
You can read the website without registering: it has no accounts, payments, comments or forms. We do not use analytics or advertising pixels.
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name (if you include it), the text of your message and any attachments.
When you open a page, the hosting server automatically logs technical data: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page address and information about your browser.
How we use data
We use your emails to respond to your request and to continue the related correspondence. We process this data on the basis of the consent you give by writing to us and because it is necessary to respond to your enquiry.
Technical logs are needed to run the website, keep it secure and protect it from misuse.
We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep data
We keep correspondence for 24 months after the last message, unless the law or the protection of our rights requires a longer period. Hosting logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Reading preferences are stored only in your browser until you reset them or clear the website’s data.
Who we share data with
Data is accessible to staff who need it for their work, our email and hosting providers, and Cloudflare. Website requests pass through Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses, requested page URLs and browser details to deliver pages and protect the site against attacks. Staff use Cloudflare Access to sign in to the admin.
Our providers’ servers may be located outside the UAE. In that case, we transfer data only on terms permitted by the PDPL: to countries with an adequate level of data protection or under contractual safeguards.
We disclose data to public authorities only when required by law.
Service providers
Fonts are hosted with the website and delivered through the same CDN; there are no separate requests to Google Fonts. The Google map in the Contact section loads only after you select “Show map”. Google then receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies. See “Cookies and third-party resources” for details.

Your rights
You can ask what data we process about you and obtain a copy, have inaccurate data corrected or deleted, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw your consent.
Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm that the request came from you.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office.
Security and changes
Only the people who need your correspondence to reply can access it. Please do not send passwords, learners’ data or other sensitive information.
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page.
