Source and author
The source is where a piece was published: our blog, a research journal or another website. We credit the author separately; pieces by our team are signed “Plasma EdTech”. If the author is unknown, we do not invent one. For research papers, we give the original title, the authors and the DOI or a link to the publisher.
How we write about research
In a review, we separate the study’s findings, its limitations and our suggestions for applying it. An external study does not in itself prove that our products work, and we do not present it as such proof. Reviews of journal articles and blog posts are labelled differently.
Drafts and translations
Pieces that are still in preparation are labelled on the page. Translations keep the sources, figures and limitations of the findings; we leave journal names, DOIs and original titles untranslated so they are easy to find. If a summary differs from the original, rely on the original and let us know about the mistake.
Corrections
To report a mistake, email [email protected] with the link, the passage and the reason for the correction. We mark significant corrections on the page with a date and an explanation.
Conflicts of interest
If an author has a connection to a product, funder or partner that is relevant to a piece, we disclose it in the text.
