Reading preferences
Reading preferences are available in the header and footer of every page. You can enlarge text to 200%, increase line spacing, choose high contrast and reduce motion.
Motion and contrast follow your device preferences by default when your browser provides them. You can also use your browser’s text enlargement controls.
The preferences panel requires JavaScript. Without it, you can still read materials, use contents lists and follow links, and enlarge the page using your browser.
Keyboard and navigation
Use Tab and Shift + Tab to move between links and buttons, and Enter to activate them. A Skip to content link is available at the start of the page. A visible outline marks the focused element.
Use the arrow keys to select an option within a preferences group. Escape closes the panel and returns focus to the button that opened it. Articles include contents lists and source links.
Languages and reading materials
The site is available in Russian, English and Arabic. Arabic pages read from right to left. Switching languages opens the same page, and your reading preferences carry over as you move through the site.
Enlarging the text changes the layout. Tables are presented as a sequence of labelled values. At the standard text size on a wide screen, the usual table layout is retained.
Saving preferences
Your choices are saved in this browser’s storage and are not sent to our team. Reset preferences restores the original text size and spacing, and returns motion and contrast to your device preferences.
If your browser blocks saving, the panel will let you know. Your preferences will still work on the current page.
Known limitations
Text inside images and product drawings does not enlarge separately. Product descriptions are available as regular text beside the illustrations. You can zoom the page to examine small details.
The Google map and content on external websites use their own interfaces, and our preferences do not apply to them. The office address and the Get directions link are available beside the map.
Testing all pages with screen readers and people with different access needs is still to be completed. Please let us know if anything makes reading or navigation difficult.
